11/2/2015#0183;#32;I have a very old Kent Owens 114 horizontal mill that i am needing to run. It has been in our shop for years and has not been ran in a while. It works in rapid feed, but when placed in normal feed, the motor bogs down. Slides and gibs are all clean and move freely by hand. It begins to feed, and then the motor starts to whine and there is nothing but bubbles in the hydraulic tank. Anyone have
